Terms and Conditions for ELM Beach Suites 7-Night Free Stay Competition
- Eligibility: To enter the competition, participants must:

- Like and follow our Facebook page.
- Prize Details: The competition winner will receive a 7-night stay at ELM Beach Suites for two people.
- Acceptance of Terms: By filling in and submitting the form at https://www.elmbeachsuites.com/route/7-nights-at-elms, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
- Opt-In Agreement: By submitting your details via the form at https://www.elmbeachsuites.com/route/7-nights-at-elms, you consent to receiving marketing communications from ELM Beach Suites.
- Booking Period: The competition winner can book their 7-night stay between April and November in either 2025 or 2026.
- Accommodation Details:
- The winner will be hosted in any available room at ELM Beach Suites, Cane Garden Bay, Tortola, BVI, during the selected dates.
- Once the winner selects and confirms their booking dates, changes are not permitted unless due to an Act of God.
- Definition of Act of God: An unforeseen event beyond anyone's control, such as a natural disaster (e.g., hurricane, earthquake, or flood).
- Liability Disclaimer: The winner acknowledges that ELM Beach Suites takes no responsibility or liability for any incidents or issues arising during the stay.
- Expenses: ELM Beach Suites is providing accommodation only. The prize does not include:
- Transportation to and from the BVI.
- Legal fees or any other costs associated with the trip.
- Alternative accommodation or expenses in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
- Non-Transferable: The competition prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other services.
- Force Majeure: ELM Beach Suites reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition or these terms and conditions if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond its control, without liability.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact details provided within 14 days after the competition closes. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, ELM Beach Suites reserves the right to select a new winner.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow ELM Beach Suites to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

- Participants' Privacy: Personal information provided during the entry will be used in accordance with ELM Beach Suites' privacy policy.
- Entry Limitation: Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
